This is a single associate position that will provide care across multiple practice locations, including Holmdel, Monmouth Beach, Toms River, Rumson, and Tottenville.
Compensation & Perks

Daily Guarantee: $500–$800 (first 3 months, based on hours worked)

Production-Based Compensation: 30% of collections

Continuing Education (CE) Allowance: $2,500/year

Mentorship: Informal guidance now, working toward a formal program

Flexible Schedule: Coverage in Monmouth Beach on Tuesdays 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; other days are adjustable based on your availability
The Opportunity

Procedures: Restorative care, Invisalign, extractions, molar endodontics; implants are a plus
